In fact, Skylum frequently contrasts its Luminar software with Adobe’s subscription model – and you can grab Luminar for just $89 USD, compared to Adobe’s Lightroom plan (which costs, minimum $119 USD per year). It’s designed to be a cheaper Lightroom alternative (the most popular photo editing software by Adobe). Luminar 4 is a photo editing program developed by Skylum (formerly known as Macphun).
